Miramar Airshow - October 1, 2011

Growing up as a child of a US Marine I had the honor of attending different military events. One of my favorite events was the Airshow. The air show displays all types of aircraft, from old biplanes to the newest technology of fighter jets. We live about 2 miles from the base and can see some of the show from our house. However, this year we decided to take the kids to see things up close. It was a beautiful day. It was a great family outing and we even learned some history. =) Here are some pictures of our visit:
